Customised & Personalised Products

Products that are customised or personalised (including cards printed or programmed
with logos, branding, or custom information) are non-returnable and non-refundable,
except where:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect

This exclusion is permitted under applicable consumer protection laws.

 

Refunds

  • Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within
    7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty
    or incorrect.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or
    incorrectly supplied.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within
48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the issue

In verified cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
